Refund policy

You have 14 days to cancel the order from the date you receive the goods. 

From the day you let us know your wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact us before returning any goods.

In order to get full refund, goods must be returned unused with all parts and unsealed if applicable. 

If you return the goods via mail, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods from you, we will refund your order (cost of goods and outbound shipping). 

 

In case you return some of the goods from multiple item order

- Quantity discounted goods will be recalculated to a price reflecting the quantity remaining with you.

- Shipping cost will be refunded partially, if applicable, to reflect what the cost would have been to the goods remaining with you.  Difference is checked against same Delivery Method chosen originally.
